Personal data
This page explains what happens to what you enter in the Calsoï Circle application: your story, your e-mail address, your newsletter choice. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Calsoï SAS, 12 Allée de Terre Longue, 69160 Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, France (SIREN 847 968 195). Contact for any question about your data: contact@calsoi.com.
Data collected
- Your story, as you write it, dictate it or upload it in a document.
- Your e-mail address. It is required and never displayed.
- Your name, job title, sector and company, if you provide them. They are displayed only according to the option you choose: full name, job title only, or anonymous.
- If you record a video or your voice alone: the recording (your image and voice for a video, your voice alone for an audio recording), its length and its summary.
- If you are a member: your e-mail address, your name, your password (stored in encrypted form that nobody can read), the date of your last login and, if you upload one, your profile photo. Only you can see this photo.
- Your newsletter choice, and the date of your submission.
- The language you chose on the site (French or English), kept in your browser only.
Why, and on what basis

| Placing your story in the matrix with an artificial intelligence analysis | Your consent, given by sending the text for analysis |
| Publishing your video or voice story after review | Your explicit consent to the use of your image and voice (video) or of your voice alone (audio), given with a separate checkbox |
| Managing your member account and access to the testimonials | Your membership of the Circle |
| Identifying members and managing access to the Circle | Calsoï's legitimate interest |
| Sending you La Lettre Calsoï | Your consent, given with a checkbox that is unticked by default |
Artificial intelligence analysis
The text of your story, or the summary of your video, is sent to Anthropic, which reads it to suggest a matrix cell, a title, a summary and a key quote. The text of a published story can also be sent to Anthropic when a visitor asks to apply a cell's method to that case. This analysis is a suggestion. You can correct it before submitting, and the Calsoï team reads every story before publication. No decision with a legal effect on you is made automatically.
Who receives your data

- IONOS: hosting of this website, which does not receive the content of your stories.
These providers may process data outside the European Union, under their own privacy policies. Calsoï does not sell your data.
